TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. COSTS AND EXPENSES.

2. HIRING REPRESENTATIVE.

[Client Name] must designate at least one representative from their Management, HR, or Hiring teams to collaborate with the professional hiring team formed by [Recruiter Company Name]. This collaboration is essential to ensure inclusivity and alignment throughout the screening and selection process.

3. CANDIDATE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.

[Recruiter Company Name] is committed to the quality and longevity of our placements. We guarantee that all candidates presented are thoroughly vetted and meet the requirements mutually agreed upon in the Scope of Work.

If a candidate placed by [Recruiter Company Name] voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause by [Client Name] within [Candidate Replacement Period in Days] calendar day(s) of their start date, we will conduct a free replacement search for the same position.
Terms and Conditions of Guarantee:
The replacement search will be initiated immediately upon written notification from [Client Name].
The guarantee is contingent upon [Client Name] having paid all invoices related to the original placement in full.
The guarantee is valid for only one replacement candidate.

4. PROTECTION AND ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION.

Should [Client Name] reject a candidate sourced and presented by [Recruiter Company Name], and subsequently hire or engage that same candidate in any capacity (full-time, part-time, or contract) within [Candidate Referral Protection Period] day(s) of the original introduction date, that candidate shall still be deemed a placement of [Recruiter Company Name]. In such an event, [Client Name]  shall be obligated to pay the full, standard placement fee applicable for that resource.
